Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, payment information, and contact details.
A. Order Acceptance and Pricing
- AURA Interiors reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or error in your order.
- All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will inform you and allow you the option to proceed with the correct price or cancel the order.
B. Product Descriptions
We strive to be as accurate as possible in describing our products. However, due to the nature of furniture and natural materials (e.g., wood grain, marble veining, upholstery dye lots), minor variations in color, texture, and finish are to be expected and are not considered defects. The images on the site are for illustrative purposes.
Delivery and Shipping
- Delivery timelines provided are estimates only. AURA Interiors is not responsible for delays caused by logistics, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass to you upon our furniture being delivered to the common carrier/courier.
- Inspection Upon Delivery: You are responsible for inspecting the condition of the goods upon arrival before signing the delivery receipt. Any noticeable damage must be noted on the receipt immediately. Claims for damage not noted at the time of delivery may be denied.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Our policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges is outlined in detail in our separate [Returns Policy Page] , which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:
- Custom-made or personalized furniture orders are typically non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Accounts
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AURA Interiors and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AURA Interiors.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AURA Interiors, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- any content obtained from the Service; and
- unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
